Who is responsible

The controller for this website is Tweet Console EOOD, Tvardishki prohod str. No 23, fl. 3, office 11, 1404 Sofia, Bulgaria. Email: hello@cyberprostudy.com.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, shows no advertising, loads no third-party fonts or scripts for tracking, and has no user accounts. We do not sell or share personal data. We count visits and clicks in aggregate, without identifying you.

What we process and why

Delivering the website. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data from your request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie if a request looks automated; this cookie is strictly necessary for protecting the site.

Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It works without cookies or local storage and does not build a profile of you across websites. We see only aggregate figures. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Course link clicks. When you click a course button, we count the click to see which courses interest visitors. We record which course was clicked, when, and the country derived from the request. We do not store your IP address and do not link the click to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Emails to us. If you write to us, we use your email address and message to reply. Our mailbox is hosted by Zoho in its data centre in the European Union. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.

Leaving this website

Course buttons take you to Udemy. From that point, Udemy's own privacy policy applies. Udemy does not tell us who arrived from this website; we only see aggregate sales reports.

Recipients and transfers

Cloudflare and Zoho act as our processors. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

Aggregate statistics contain no personal data. Click counts are kept for up to three months. Server logs held by Cloudflare are kept only as long as needed for security and delivery.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to hello@cyberprostudy.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg); you can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Changes

We update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
